Ok besides the fun I've been having doing parties - decorating other peoples houses, suggesting colors, designs, I LOVE doing kids rooms :)
I earn 25% (atleast) on shows and I get paid before the company even does.
I don't keep inventory so I have one small rolling suitcase that comes with catalogs, order forms and such with a couple displays.
We give hostesses and customers freebies monthly and then on top of that the company runs specials like the Summer Splash. All the company give and we don't have to pay for - Makes it a happy freebie for all!!
During Summer Splash, you can get extra summer fun and Living Rewards Product Credits!
When any new recruit signs up by purchasing either starter kit, they automatically earns extra product credits.
• Essentials Kit ($99): Now $50 in Living Rewards Product Credits—was $25
• Essentials Plus Kit ($199): Now $150 in Living Rewards Product Credits—was $100
Summer Splash runs From May 18 at noon (mt) through July 23 at 6 pm (mt).... I'll post in a few minutes the specials for customers and hostesses!!

Emergency room visits...
Ok now I see why my husband suggest going to Northpoint Clinic! I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I even got an xray! Why was I there? I had a mysterious bruise appear on my wrist and somehow it swelled up to a golf ball. The doctor kept asking where I got it from and that one I couldn't answer, I had no idea when it happened I just noticed it after putting Amber to bed Sunday night...
This past weekend I worked the Pec Thing Fair at Pecatonica IL at the Winnebago Fair Grounds. I was doing a booth for Uppercase Living. When I set up the tables I might have banged my wrist but that was Friday. I didn't do much else all weekend but talk and do examples for customers who entered the booth. Sunday evening I took down everything but only took down 2 small 4' tables since we could leave the rest of them up for the fairgrounds to take down. Not alot of work for me and I was done in minutes. So not really anything that I could have done to bang it on.
Here I sit with a wrap on my hand and no reason for the Hematoma that appeared. At least its not fractured or broken. But it hurts to do anything - of course its my right hand lol... which I do EVERYTHING with!

School dances....
Amber's first school dance has arrived and I'm not ready for it! We went shopping Friday for the dress with a girlfriend and after (I swear!) 80 dresses she picked 3 and we brought one back on Sunday. Here are the two she's deciding on...The first one is the pink one is a baby doll dress with spaghetti straps and an awesome middle that has sequins!! The best part was that it was on clearance from $50 to $10... so it was a keeper lol
The second dress is the green shimmer one, it has a satin sash that ties in the back, has a straight across the front and thicker straps - Dad approved this one more lolAmber found the cutest shoes (after trying on a dozen thin high heeled ones). She bought white shoes from payless that are white with sparkles on them.
(These shoes but in white)
Hair things to put her hair up with and a headband to put in front. I guess that's the style now, we'll see how this all goes down later.
We finished it off with earings that are cute little dangly stars. I need to get her a necklace but there's one I saw downtown that was cute and inexpensive. The total damage so far was $75 but it was worth it to see dad crying when she came out in the dresses :)

Cruising...
Mike's work does special little things ever now and then and this past weekend was one of them. We were lucky enough to have good weather to enjoy it!
We went on a dinner cruise on the Mississippi - 2 hrs of sight seeing and then we hit the local casino for 2 hrs - walked out with our money and an additional $66! lol not alot but it was fun :) We stayed the night at the hotel and then drove home. Grandma came in from Wisconsin to babysit - Mike picked her up and then had to drive her home. Poor guy drove 3 hrs to wisconsin, 2 hrs to the boat and then the reverse the next day. He was exhausted.
On our way back we saw the windmill city - there's tons of them and you can get really close in one area and be right next to it on the road. We stopped and rolled down the windows - I've always wanted to know if you could hear them. There's a nearby town that wants to get them but some of the people have signs in their yards saying 'No Windmills'. I honestly only heard a soft thumping sound and it was peacefull. Now i'm not sure how I'd like a big metal arm flying in the wind near my home, what if it fell off?? lol
We've just been relaxing at home, fertilizing and seeding the new lawn. Mike got to mow it for the first time yesterday lol - its so nice and plush in the front but the backyard is AWEFUL! We are waiting another 2 weeks and then calling the company that did it. It's really bare and there's tons of weeds. Of course we can't spray the weeds since its a new lawn :(Me with straight hair for once. I am thinking of getting it straightened permanently. So much easier to brush!!
